We don't Hibernate in the Winter!

The Holiday's are here, and the weather is getting cooler. This usually means you slip into your comfy warm cloths. You start to feel more comfortable and a little less motivated to workout especially with all the Holiday food around. Let's try something new this Winter! Instead of making excuses, let's set challenges. Don't let your New Year resolution be to drop your Holiday weight, be closer to your desired fitness goals by then!

There are numerous ways to avoid the Holiday weight, it does take a lot of dedication though. To assure I don't get pulled into the "over eating" and "comfortable" Holiday fab I joined a challenge group. Our group consists of a small group of people using a fitness program for 90 days. We eat clean, and drink Shakeology while acting as a support system for one another. The program I chose to use is TurboFire. Its an amazing new intense cardio program that has awesome music and moves to keep you going! I wake up at 5:45 am and text my accountability partner ( WHICH I LOVE), I push through the workouts no matter how tired I am, and afterwards I feel amazing.

A lot of people keep saying they don't have time  to workout and the money to eat clean. But really there is no excuse! I work 3 jobs, attend school, I have 2 boxer puppies (my children) a boy friend and family. I'm Busy to! But no matter what there is always away to find 15 minutes to an hour daily for yourself. You have ONE BODY, ONE SOUL! You should take care of it, you deserve it! I haven't felt better about myself. I haven't reached my fitness goals yet, but I am pushing myself daily and I WILL reach them.

Find your goals! Set a plan, and reach them!
